The ball collecting net is the key equipment of the rubber ball cleaning system. Its function is to separate the rubber ball from the cooling water, and ensure that there is no ball leakage or ball sticking. The ball collecting net is installed on the cooling water outlet pipe section. When the water carrying the ball from the condenser passes through the ball collecting net, the ball is recovered and led out from the ball collecting net through the lead out pipe. The grid plate of the ball collecting net can be rotated. When the rubber ball circulates, the net plate is placed in the "receiving ball" position. When the rubber ball is not put into operation, the net plate is placed in the "backwash" position. At this time, the debris on the net plate is washed away by water, and the water resistance of the net plate is reduced. The rotation and positioning of the net plate is ensured by the electric actuator (the small ball collecting net is operated manually).
